Return and Refund Policy

Every By Tee item is made especially for you after your order is placed. Because our products are printed to order, we do not normally accept returns or exchanges for choosing the wrong size or color, changing your mind, or ordering an unwanted item. Please review the product description and size guide carefully before ordering.

Damaged defective misprinted or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, please email teamtee@byteedesigns.com within 30 days of receiving it.

Please include:

• Your order number

• A description of the problem

• Clear photos showing the item and the issue

After reviewing the claim, we will provide an appropriate replacement or refund. You do not need to return the affected item unless we specifically ask you to.

Lost packages

If tracking has not updated for an extended period or your package appears to be lost in transit, contact us at teamtee@byteedesigns.com with your order number. We will review the shipment and work with our fulfillment and shipping partners on the appropriate resolution.

Incorrect addresses and unclaimed packages

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. If a package is returned because the address was incorrect, incomplete, or the package was unclaimed, additional shipping charges may apply before it can be sent again.

Order changes and cancellations

Orders can enter production shortly after they are placed. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a change or cancellation. We cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations will be possible once production has started.

Approved refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights available to you under applicable consumer protection law.
