These Terms of Service govern your use of byteedesigns.com and purchases from By Tee. By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated into them, including our Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy.

Eligibility and account information

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement in the place where you live. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate account, billing, payment, and shipping information and to keep your account credentials secure.

Products and availability

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, colors, images, dimensions, and other details accurately. Screen settings and the nature of printing can create minor differences in color or appearance. Handmade and printed-to-order production can also result in reasonable variations between items.

Products, variants, and quantities are subject to availability. We may discontinue a product, limit quantities, or correct an error at any time. We will contact you if an issue affects an order you have already placed.

Orders and acceptance

An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order; it does not guarantee acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons such as suspected fraud, payment problems, product unavailability, pricing or listing errors, shipping restrictions, or misuse of the store. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount charged for the cancelled portion.

Made to order production and cancellations

By Tee products are printed after an order is placed. Orders can enter production quickly. Contact teamtee@byteedesigns.com immediately if you need a change or cancellation. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once production has started.

Prices payments and taxes

Prices are shown in the currency displayed by the store and may change without notice. Shipping charges, taxes, duties, and other applicable charges are shown or calculated during checkout when available. You authorize the payment provider to charge the payment method you submit for the order total.

Shipping returns and refunds

Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Those policies are incorporated into these Terms.

Permitted use

You may use the website only for lawful personal or commercial shopping purposes. You may not interfere with store operation or security, introduce malicious code, scrape or copy content without authorization, impersonate another person, submit false information, violate another person's rights, or use the store for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity.

Intellectual property

The By Tee name, Tee Bear character, product artwork, logos, photographs, text, graphics, and website content are owned by or licensed to By Tee and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No ownership rights are transferred to you. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or commercially exploit this material without prior written permission.

Reviews feedback and submissions

If you submit a review, photograph, suggestion, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and that it is not unlawful, misleading, abusive, or infringing. You grant By Tee a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, and display the submission for operating, improving, and promoting the business, subject to our Privacy Policy. We may remove submissions that violate these Terms.

Third party services and links

The store relies on third-party platforms and providers and may link to external websites. Their services and content are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for an external website that we do not control, though this does not limit responsibilities that applicable law places on By Tee for our own store or orders.

Errors and service changes

Information on the store may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. We may correct errors and update information. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue part of the website when reasonably necessary.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an as-available basis. We do not promise that access will always be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. These disclaimers do not exclude warranties or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, By Tee and its owners, employees, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or products. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability will be limited to the amount paid for the product or order giving rise to the claim, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Indemnification

You agree to be responsible for losses or claims arising from your unlawful misuse of the website, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person's rights, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the store when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated or continued access creates fraud, security, legal, or operational risk. Provisions that by their nature should continue after termination will remain effective.

Severability waiver and entire agreement

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a provision is not a waiver. These Terms and the policies referenced here form the entire agreement concerning use of the store and purchases, except for any additional written terms that apply to a particular offer or service.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to By Tee in Illinois, United States, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights available where you live.
