By Tee pieces are printed after you order. Production happens before shipping, so please allow time for both production and transit when planning your purchase or a gift.

Shipping options and costs

We currently ship within the United States. Standard shipping is $7.99 per order, with free standard shipping on orders of $125 or more after discounts and before tax. Express shipping is not currently available. Production time is separate from shipping time.

Delivery estimates

Production and delivery dates displayed on the store, at checkout, or in order communications are estimates. Carrier delays, weather, customs, high order volume, and other circumstances outside our control can affect delivery timing. We do not guarantee arrival by a particular date unless we expressly agree to it in writing.

Tracking

When tracking is available, we will send it in a shipment confirmation. Tracking can take time to update after a shipping label is created.

Address changes

Please review your shipping address before completing checkout. If you notice an error, email teamtee@byteedesigns.com immediately with your order number and the correct address. We cannot guarantee an address change once production or shipment processing has started.

Lost delayed or marked delivered packages

Contact us if a package appears lost or has not moved for an extended period. If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the package, check with household members, nearby delivery locations, and the carrier, then contact us. We will review the available tracking and work with the fulfillment or shipping provider on the appropriate next step.
